Program Analyst
This full-time salaried position will directly support stakeholders from the Program Executive Office for Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (PEO C4I) and Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) organizations. Specifically, the analyst will help a selection of programs with program management support, planning, integration and execution.
Responsibilities:
Consult customers on business processes by having a firm grasp of Navy, government, and industry best practices
Understand general financial rules and guidelines in order to work closely with the financial analyst, ensuring all projects are adequately resourced
Provide simple reconciliation reports, expenditure projections, and historical cost assessments
Manage technical, schedule, financial, and programmatic information within multiple databases
Coordinate with several disciplines, such as engineering, logistics or budget, to obtain necessary documentation for various programmatic, financial, and technical evaluations
Perform data integrity analyses and ad hoc drills
Desired Skills and Work Experience:
Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Strong organizational aptitude, able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience
Advanced Excel skills and database experience preferred
Knowledge of US Navy, DoW, or military in general preferred
Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a security clearance
