  • Founder, President, & CEO

    Brian Cheripko is the Founder, President, and CEO of ANSOL, Inc., and the visionary who directed and funded the creation of the proprietary POM Tool™. With over 39 years of specialized Department of the Navy experience, Brian is the primary architect of the U.S. Navy's Advanced Planning (AP) process and a Subject Matter Expert in acquisition, program management, PPBE, and C5ISR systems engineering. His experience supporting PMW 770 programs since 1986 ensures ANSOL’s strategy remains foundationally aligned with the Fleet’s most critical needs.

  • Chief Operating Officer & Program Manager

    Geneva Keaton is ANSOL’s Chief Operating Officer and the Program/Project Manager overseeing all Single Page Application (SPA) deployments. With over 23 years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert in DoN advanced planning, integration, and financial management, Geneva ensures that every SPA is tailored to customer requirements and mission execution. She is ANSOL’s most experienced POM Tool™ user, driving improvements while leading business development, securing key SBIR projects, and ensuring the successful integration of ANSOL software across commands such as COMSUBLANT, COMSUBPAC, and PEO(U&W).

  • Lead Software Engineer & Chief Architect

    Sam Tyson is the Lead Software Engineer and Chief Architect responsible for the design, development, and sustainment of all ANSOL proprietary applications. Sam is the technical visionary behind the creation of the foundational POM Tool™ in 2010, establishing the fast, graphically-rich Single Page Application (SPA) architecture now used company-wide. With over 31 years of directly support for Navy C5I modernization, Sam has successfully deployed 11 SPAs across the DoW network, replacing existing legacy databases and systems with agile, scalable, and secure solutions.
